WHAT PERSONAL INFORMATION DO WE ASK FOR?
Whether you make an enquiry or a booking, we will usually ask for name, address, email address and telephone number. If making a booking for travel outside the UK and the airline or supplier requests it, we will also require your passport details. For all bookings we also require the date of birth for all persons travelling. If you choose to pay by credit/debit card we will also require these details which will be destroyed once payment is taken.
When purchasing Foreign Currency, we might ask for name, address and other identification.
WHY WE COLLECT IT?
We require these details in order to carry out our obligations to you and to provide an effective service, and to arrange travel and other services you are requesting. Also, to communicate with you regarding your booking, to notify of any changes to our services, and to provide answers to any of your own queries. We may also need to collect more sensitive personal data such as any medical conditions, disabilities and special requirements dependant on the type of holiday you are booking.
When purchasing Foreign Currency we have to comply with measures set out by HMRC to deter, detect and disrupt money laundering and terror financing
WHO DO WE SHARE THE DATA WITH?
We will not share your data unless we have to. When making a travel booking, some of the personal dat a you provide will need to be passed to and processed and stored by relevant third parties such as airlines, hotels and transport companies to facilitate your booking. Some of these parties may be based outside of the EEA. Organisations that are based outside of the EEA may not be subject to the same level of controls in regard to Data protection as exist within the UK and the EEA. In order for you to travel overseas, we may be required by law to disclose some of your personal data to government bodies or other authorities in the UK and in other countries, such as those responsible for immigration, border control, security and anti-terrorism.
Only information necessary for this purpose will be disclosed to them.
We may also be required to share details with HMRC and NCA.
HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR DATA?
We will hold your personal data for as long as is legally required and for as long as our business relationship lasts.
HOW WE SECURE YOUR DATA
Once we have received your personal data, we will use strict procedures and security features to prevent unauthorised access (and take steps to ensure that any Third Parties with whom we share your data do the same).
We take advice from the ICO and we adhere to its recommendations.
WHAT ARE YOUR RIGHTS IN RELATION TO YOUR PERSONAL DATA?
You have certain rights in relation to your personal data, although those rights will not necessarily apply in all cases or to all personal data which is processed by us eg. Certain rights will not apply where we need to process personal data to comply with our legal obligations.
You have the right to request that we:
- Provide you with a copy of any personal data which we hold about you
- Update any of your personal data which is out of date or incorrect
- Delete any personal data which we hold about you
- Restrict the way that we process your personal data
- Consider any valid objections which you have to our use of your personal data

DIRECT MARKETING MATERIAL
- We may from time to time contact you by post with information on offers of goods and services, brochures, new products, or forthcoming events.
- You may indicate your preference to also receive our direct marketing material for the above purposes by telephone or e-communications (e-mail, SMS or e-brochure) on our website(s) or forms, or to our staff at the time you first supplied us your information. Please note that our website will require you to agree to e-communications as a condition of booking. You will be given the opportunity on every e-communication we send you to indicate that you no longer wish to receive our direct marketing material.
- You may, in addition, indicate your preference regarding receiving third party direct marketing material by post.
- If do not wish to receive such information or would like to change your preference, please refer to point 2 of "Your Rights" below.
- You have the right to ask in writing by completing our Data Subject Access Request form for a copy of the information we hold about you (for which we may charge a fee) and to correct any inaccuracies in your information.
- You have the right to ask in writing not to receive direct marketing material about our products and services. Once properly notified by you, we will take steps to stop using your information in this way.

AGGREGATED CUSTOMER INFORMATION
We collect information relating to customer trends and patterns. This information is often used in its aggregate form. We may disclose aggregate statistics about enquiries made, visitors, customers and sales in order to describe our services to prospective partners, purchasers, advertisers and other reputable third parties and for other lawful purposes. No personally identifying information is disclosed.
